Do! Observe the earth contemplate! O mortal!
Do! Observe the atmosphere contemplate! O mortal!
Do! Observe the heavens contemplate! O mortal!
Do! Observe the waters contemplate! O mortal!
Do! Observe the mountains contemplate! O mortal!
Do! Observe the Gods and men contemplate! O mortal!
Meditate on contemplation as self! O mortal!    

It is through contemplation that they shall become firm and established.
It is through contemplation that the earth is firm and established.
It is through contemplation that the atmosphere is firm and established.
It is through contemplation that the heavens are firm and established.
It is through contemplation that waters are firm and established.
It is through contemplation that mountains are firm and established.
Meditate on contemplation as self! O mortal!

It is through contemplation that Gods and men are firm and established.
It is through contemplation that thou acquires repose.
It is through contemplation that the earth acquires repose.
It is through contemplation that the atmosphere acquires repose.
It is through contemplation that the waters acquire repose.
It is through contemplation that the mountains acquire response.
It is through contemplation that the Gods and men acquire repose.
Verily thou shall be independent as far as contemplation goes.
